Dentist can't find me in their portal. Whenever I try to call to correct it I'm out on hold for hours. Still on hold as I write this. They have no contact via email or chat. Horrible service.

I was assigned to Dentaquest through my medical insurance. Unfamiliar with this company, I call to ask about the coverage. I was told by their representative to have my dentist complete the claim form and I was given an address and a fax number to submit it. Never once was anything mentioned about the need to use their network dentist to be eligible for reimbursement. I only found out after several phone calls of why my claim was not processed. I find it inexcusable for a company to have their dimwitted customer rep relay false information and the policy holder has to pay for it. This ill trained, ignorant girl cost me a couple of hundred dollars even after explaining the situation several times to other reps and managers. I also filed an appeal and a complaint which was denied. And the best is their Complaint & Grievance Associate no longer returns my phone calls. Bottom line is DON'T USE DENTAQUEST, they are nothing but a bunch of ripoffs.

My son needs to see an endodontist ASAP and I have been bounced back and forth for two months. Very long wait times, spent all day on the phone trying to get answers. Some customer service representatives are very disrespectful as well as unprofessional. At this point, nothing good to say and because of this a minor child may lose a very important tooth.
