I go to the Canton post office almost every day and I have noticed a complete 180 in my more recent experience thanks to the addition of a new team member, Viviane. Viviane is a wonderful addition to the team - she is kind and friendly but most importantly she is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. I think the negative reviews were primarily from before she started working here and I would have agreed with them. Now the line moves quickly and you are greeted with a smile if you are lucky enough to have her helping you.

They need to pick up the pace and stop chit chatting with people when there is a line a mile long. Returning a pre paid labeled package should not take 30 minutes or more!
