I have been shopping at this Food Lion for years. It isn't just proximity or price, it's the people. For example today, a holiday weekend, I was late in the day going in to get groceries. I really wanted a Boston butt (which was on sale) but they were all gone. I asked Byron in the meat department and he said he would cut me one. He was on his way to clock out when I asked him and he stopped to do that for me. Hopefully the store knows how priceless this kind of service is! Thank you Byron! And thanks to all the other team members who worked on this holiday weekend making shopping available for all of us. God bless ya'll!

I like shopping here, smaller than your big box stores and the people are much nicer. Not as many selections but you know your Meats are fresher.

Another one of the limited number of grocery stores in Beaufort; Food Lion has expanded to having four locations. The two Bi-lo stored were revamped into Food Lions and the existing stores have been given a refresh. The stores look great but are suffering an inventory shortage. The new look has led to a change in products being offered , which is refreshing. They still offer great sales, as well as everyday great prices. 👍update 4/12/22 Inventory has improved .
