Levi, Hi, this is Paul. Thanks for explaining your concern for our clients. Right now the state is mandating vaccines in congregate settings like Assited Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing facilities. However, they are not mandating it in 1x1 care settings in people's homes, in part because there are fewer people circulating, and therefore less risk. As you can imagine, vaccinated caregivers are in short supply. Therefore, we ask every client if they require a vaccinated caregiver or not, and staff accordingly. If we only hired vaccinated caregivers and fired unvaccinated ones, many of our clients would be without care. Thanks for your comment and your concerns.
