We brought my "granddog" Louie in due to his lethargic behavior. The whole staff at this office was amazing!! They were caring and took such good care of our baby. They were honest about a good care plan and didn't act like all they wanted was money. I will refer everyone I know to this clinic. Hands down the kindest staff I have ever met!

Edit: Your response reaffirms my decision. Perhaps for future clients, please be sure to entail all the below "standards" for your hospital. None of these were presented before bringing in my cat to groom. No bloodwork requirement, no mention of needing to pay a nonrefundable deposit until after my appointment was made and with a falsely claimed phone estimate of a much lower cost. Thank you for your time. I will give them 2 stars because they were really great with our cat during his end of life services in 2019. Since then, their pricing and policies have changed drastically. Because of this, I will no longer be able to take my animals here and will use another vet office.

Fast, friendly and honest. Prices were not crazy. Paid for the exam and $55 for medicine. For a 2 month old puppy we thought may have broken her leg. Can't ask for more than that at 10pm on a Sunday. Thank you!!
