Camp have fun right on the river! Greg will treat you like an old friend!! He takes care of our large caving group when we stay with him.

We have been a few different times. The red cabin on the river is my favorite. It's absolutely amazing to fish off of the deck too. Always clean and smells fresh. We're going in a few weeks. As far as restaurants, there's a Dairy Queen not even a mile away. Hands down the best chili/slaw dog you will ever have. It sits right on the river, too. I can't say enough good things about this place. You won't be disappointed!

I have known Greg for 20 years, and can tell you that you won't find a more down to earth person anywhere. The campground is as close to the water as you could want and it is doubtful that much if any problems will be tolerated. Truth be told, I am not a camper and I don't like camping, but if I did, Berry's is where I would stay because I know what kind of person runs it and the location is perfect! Some have reviewed badly, and with a place being open as long and having as many people through it as the campground does, not everyone is going to be 100% pleased, or friendly to each other. But, Greg is the kind of person that will try to make sure you get your money's worth and have a great time. The only fault I can find with Greg, is his eyesight is not great, as evidenced by his belief that he is better looking than me.
