I have called this company several times in order to request a service for gas and hook up in my house in Barnwell South Carolina they have failed to call back and I have called Several times request and service and they will not call back apparently they don't need customers

I personally can't say. If you are under 40%, I would call. As for the amount, best to call them for your best answer.

The fan in the unit is running but it is not circulating in the house could you tell me why is this happening or what could be the problem

Either the indoor fan is not running or duck piping came apart. Is it a package unit or split. Is it sucking air threw the filter grill?
