I ordered a club and wrap at 6:37pm, and did not receive my order until nearly an hour later. It was a 55 minute wait. All of the food was dripping in sauce. It was impossible to eat without making a giant mess. I pulled my wrap out of the bag and there was sauce literally dripping everywhere and was seeping through the bag. This is especially unacceptable after a long wait....we live a whopping 2 minute drive away. I could have literally crawled to the store and back quicker than I received my order. Food was pretty much inedible with the massive amount of Thai sauce all over. Photo attached. $24.04 for this? Get a grip. EDIT: I had already shared my experience on the link provided (which is just Jimmy John's website page to post said things) by whoever replied to this review (before they replied!!!).

Never disappoints! Thank you Natalie and Taylor for THE ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service! Will continue to keep coming back especially because of these ladies!

This store does NOT DELIVER if you over 3 miles. I have been eating here for about 7 years. One of the local veterans clubs American Legion 757 delivers here (Freedom's Path) and they are 8 miles away, they have a 10 mile delivery area!!! I do not think I will be eating here again anytime soon. I am very disgusted with the delivery area. In lieu of Jimmy Johns.....since they do not deliver, I ordered Mister Sub. Which is FURTHER down main street, so if they deliver.....why doesn't Jimmy John's? Honestly Mister Sub is better, all the locals know this. I just really wanted a beach club 😤 from Jimmy Johns

Love this place! Sandwiches are crammed full of meat with plenty of veggies!! Service is quick!! Staff I'd friendly and efficient!!
