One of my favorite stores. Some of the floor reps can be a lil' standoff'ish when seeking assistance, so when I visit this store, I usually know exactly what I'm going in there for. They have really good sales most of the time and if you love to smell good all the time and are seeking new scents, this is the place for you. Their inventory stay well stocked also.

2022-05: Like last year, I came in the exchange a couple of items from an online purchase, as well as pick up an order I had placed online. They've gone through a remodel and the store looks great. It was clean and you can tell the employees take time to make sure things are neat and orderly. Ari was a pleasant employee to be greeted by and was helpful with some questions I had. After exploring the store for a short while (an inevitably picking up a few unplanned items 😇), Gabby assisted me with my exchanges, new purchases, as well as my pick up order. She took the time to make sure everything I had ordered was in the bag, while checking scents for accuracy. I prefer this location over the others in the CSRA. 2021-06: I haven't been inside a Bath & Body Works in many years, and it hasn't changed much (other than COVID stuff). I had some exchanges to make from an online purchase and had no issues doing that. The employees were all pretty pleasant. My only complaint is certain areas had been left unorganized, but I'm not surprised with the Semi-Annual Sale. And, as an epileptic, the scanners at the registers were horrendous. While it was never pointed at me, the bright reflection flickering off of the products and the employees apron while in use was almost enough to trigger seizures. Just a thought to ponder. Overall, happy with this store and will return.

So my favorite household spot for fragrances, hand soaps, and plug ins expanded finally! The new space provides a great opportunity to really explore fragrances and items. I didn't feel rushed or crammed, like I have in the past. The layout is user friendly, organized more efficiently and provides a greater understanding why the home fragrances are simply a must. I will start coming back to the store now; instead of guessing the smell via online shopping.
