They are horrible they called and said they would assist with my utilities and had me send them all my personal information for me and my kids and never assisted me and that was in April and it is now July .

We have a 211 referral service. Just dial 211 from any phone for information on available assistance. We may have some resources available.
I applied three months ago and I just got a response to get my rent paid. I hope it's paid off.

If you have had the initial inspection, then your best bet is to call the number and enter 5 to speak directly with someone.
I communicated with them by email, and received responses back within a day

I do apologize but we do not take donated goods unless it is for a specific initiative or event. I recommend either The Salvation Army or Goodwill. If you prefer not to use either of those, we do help children and families with needs as identified by the schools. We would highly recommend that you contact our representatives by dialing 211 and explaining what exactly you're looking to do, who would be participating or who you would want to participate, etc. We often suggest talking with nearby schools and churches to help spread the word and be collection points for your drive.
