You might need to call and ask them cuz I'm not sure how that works you may get a letter you may get a phone call I'm not sure so don't quote me on that I don't have a new car I have a used one and I didn't buy it from there so just give him a call don't answer any question you have they are very friendly and very eager to help I love the staff there

Not sure. We aren't very happy with this particular dealership. We brought our 2017 Kia Soul in to get serviced, because all dash lights kept coming on.(We thought it had something to do with a recall or something.) Instead of fixing like we asked, they talked us into trading in on 2018 model, for extra $160/month. When my wife brought our old kia around front to swap out our mats and stuff, the lights in dash were still on! Now we have the 2018 kia soul, with a bigger car payment! And we still have to pay our taxes!
