The service representative (Winston Robinson) that helped me, I guess works off of commission because before I even mentioned what was wrong with my vehicle he already had a bunch of service options that he decided for me, on his own… maybe he can predict the future also. Anyway all I wanted was an oil change and a new battery which he felt wasn’t enough so without my permission he added a service called “the works” which includes an oil change, a tire rotation and a battery test. I never got the results for the battery test and I was charged for a tire rotation that I didn’t need and when confronted he denied any wrong doing and wouldn’t even apologize for the miscommunication on his part.

They open at 7 M-Sat but the line forms very quickly and gets quite long. I recommend getting there at least an hour early!

1st thing, do not look for a replacement engine. Have the same engine rebuilt. Depending what state your in the price range will vary. What exactly is the problem with your engine ?
Yes
State inspections are the same price anywhere. If a problem is found that charge is additional. At a dealer it is premium labor rates so thread lightly.
