Poor customer service experience. At very far along pregnant also, staff would not take ANY time to help. Actually told me they don't work for UPS...all staff and manager. Ups also left my child's package I mailed IN THE RAIN, WHEN THERE IS A HUGE, ADEQUATE FRONT PORCH AND SIDES OF FAMILY BRICK HOME, HAD TO BYPASS THIS TO SET PACKAGE IN THE OPEN. EVERYTHING SOAKED. I CALLED, WAS SUPPOSWD TO RECIEVE A CALL BACK A WEEK AGO, NO ONE FROM UPS CALLED. AFTER TODAY, ILL PAY MORE FOR USPS OR FEDEX, AT LEAST THEY HAVE QUALITY, KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS.

Stopped in to drop off a return, they actually charged $1.00 to print their own label. Incredibly poor business decision.

I went to two post office says and three UPS stores. He was the only one that was able to help me and exchange the type of stamps my husband got. They were for wedding announcements and they were sports ones. He exchange them for very pretty flower ones at no cost or issue. No one else said that they would do it except for him. They were both very nice and helpful. I really appreciate it.

Employees are quick and keep the lines moving. Drop off for returns are to the left. If you need to ship or print keep to the right. This is a very busy location. Owner is the notary. If he's not their you need to just wait or call first. All banks have notary services too.
