As a result of rotator cuff surgery, I needed to participate in a Physical therapy (PT)rehab program to regain strength and range of motion in my right shoulder. The PT therapist assigned to my care (Jillian McNabb DPT, OMT, CSCS) was very careful to assess my current capabilities before establishing a PT program which would return strength and range of motion to my right arm. Jillian was very careful to make sure my program was structured around slow but steady improvement until in the end, all goals were achieved. I can't say enough good things about how much care Jillian took with me to ensure I did not rush my recovery and suffer any setbacks. In the end, all goals were met and I could not be happier! Thanks to Jillian and her team, I am back doing the many outdoor activities I enjoyed doing before my accident. Thank you Jillian and Bay State PT for all you did for me!

Bay State PT employs caring, friendly people. I have been here on four separate occasions and this year when I was told that I might not be able to work with them, I kept calling my insurance company until they worked it out for me. I trust them and they have truly helped me and also my son a few years back. Thank you so much for all that you do for your clients.

Terrific experience with the whole team - front the front desk to all the physical therapists. Fun and welcoming atmosphere made every visit fun! And I feel great after my therapy. In particular, Jill was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Jillian is the best Physical Therapist I have ever come across. She was referred to me by a friend and I blessed to be treated by her She is very kind, understanding, professional and pleasure to work with. I have sciatica and in one month time I am showing improvement. Kelly, a sweet girl working there is always smiling and helpful. I will recommend people to go to Bay State for their physical therapy needs. It is a great place where your needs will be met I assure you.

Arthur we ask for 24 hours notice if possible. We realize that won’t always be possible but it helps us to be able to offer your appointment to someone else that is waiting to get in so we do appreciate as much notice as possible Thank you
I would go to your doctor first. PT is usually recommended by primary or orthopedic doctors.
Unfortunately at this time we do not perform Dry Needling although plan to in the future. Please check back for updates regarding our status on performing this service in clinic.
