It took him 3 weeks to even fix my garments. He never called to tell me they were done. After a week I went to get them and he hadn’t even looked at my garments. He threw them under a chair in a corner and forgot about them. 2 more weeks past and again no call. when I went to see what was going on he couldn’t even find my things. And when he did he had only chosen to fix 2 out of 5 of my garments and charged me $30 and gave me an attitude. I would never recommend him. His customer service is terrible and how he handles business, so unprofessional.

I have been using Nabil Alterations for years. He has worked on several of my police uniforms and is currently working on a expensive custom suit i had made for my upcoming wedding. Nabil is awesome at what he does and on top of that he treats customers like family love the entire experience of working with Nabil. I recommend Nabil for any job big or small!

Nabil, you did it again my friend. Due to my chest size (mostly belly size) I couldn't find a brand of suit that I wanted. Suit Supply MTM (timeframe), Canali, Brooks Brothers, or Zegna. I wanted to wear it first to figure out if it was alterable and had trouble finding a 52-54 Regular. I settled with Tiknor's in Chapel Hill. Got the suit, ordered a Twilled Jacquard fabric shirt with french cuffs off amazon for my neck size. Pretty much out about 600 dollars so far for my ensemble. I went to Nabil a month before (to make sure i had room to get this altered in time for my wedding), and just said "Hey Nabil, I look like I am wearing a bag." He laughs and says we will get you looking good. I asked for my pants to be pulled in at the waist, legs to have a more aggressive taper, with essentially a half break. I asked for the suit jacket to be pulled in on the side, sleeves shortened, and pockets opened. I asked for the dress shirt to be pulled in, sleeves lengthened. He said no problem, made his marks and put in his pins (I don't know how he does this) and ABSOLUTELY NAILS IT. I didn't even try it on the day that it was ready because I was in a hurry, I had absolute trust in him. Put it on the first time wedding day and it was perfect. Everyone complimented me on the suit, my friend who was with me to buy the suit was like HOW DID IT GO FROM THAT TO THIS? I was hesitant on posting a photo but I feel that I should because this man is a gift. If you're a big guy like me, and you look at your suit and feel like it could be better, or if you are boxy, go to Nabil and ask for what I asked for. Do some research on what can change and what cant change. Because my suit is off the rack and not bespoke, notice how the shoulders could be better. However overall everything else is thanks to this man.

Excellent alterations and great customer service
