Do not come here unless you want to get scammed. Karla assisted me and was friendly made an easy transaction everything felt so simple. I asked for a receipt of my transaction as she claimed I was only paying taxes for the phone I was upgrading to, but was charged130$ in taxes when the phone was 799.99. She claimed there was no form of giving a receipt. I questioned this and went along with it she confirmed and told me I would be receiving 400 dollars for my phone trade in which I only received 300 in the end. I was also charged 35 for an addition of a line (phone number) I never asked for or added to my plan. I spoke to friends around town about this situation and they all told me that this place is know for fraudulent transactions. Check your bills for any unnecessary transactions after 2 billing cycles when purchasing from this store, I recommend to stay away.
