Nice dealership with qualified employees , however ; if you could see looking for a used car with good mileage and a fair price , this is not the place , and forget about outside financing .

Bought an Audi A4 2019 last week , certain terms were agreed upon between me and the salesman before I signed off for the car , my mistake was that I didn’t confirm if it was truly something that they had the authority to say they would cover (as this was only a discussion between me and the salesman ) I came back two days later , communication got lost in the chain of command. Lesson learned to make sure to speak with manager rather than salesman whether certain things will be paid for or not and always ask for written statement rather than going by word of mouth . They did agree to still fully pay for the bumper to be painted as well as the hood to be touched up and a dent removed which I am really happy about since this is a used car . We received a very good value for my 2014 Toyota Corolla with over 200k miles on it . Other than the miscommunication and ignore (on my part ) as this was my first time buying a car like this , I would rate the experience a 3.5/5 stars . I would also like to add we just recently went back to look for another car, the salesman couldn’t be less interested even though we were willing to pay full price . They did not allow outside financing , when asked why they said finance manager wants more money. They are very shady and to be honest, the worst customer service among audi dealerships. My wife and i visited 4 other audi dealerships , all were pleasant , offered outside finance , and put down in writing what they would fix. At audi west springfield , they will take advantage especially of young people and will not put anything down in writing , and not take responsibility. Dont make the same mistake as us , there are other audi dealerships out there that will make you feel welcome and treat you like a person.

They are not good with communication with customers also charges outrageous diagnosis price. No phone answering the customer service line does get picked up.

High class, clean, good location, good number of good clean used cars too. You really cant beat the VW/ audi dealership here.
