I had my insurances with another for many, many years and always thought I was getting great service. And last year I decided to let Russel Williams also give me a quote and they were so responsive and professional that I had the entire quote within the span of a day. My old broker took much longer to just provide an updated premium. The premium savings was substantial so I let Russel write all my policies with State Farm and enjoyed a great savings. But I needed an additional coverage just this week and timing was critical and needed to be in place quickly. Russel realized how important this need was and worked on it late in the day and after his office hours. He had the insurance placed and back to me the next day. Premiums are important to all of us but the extra-ordinary service and professional dedication has been a pleasant surprise. Another FYI all of Russel's office is quick and responsive but I have had a couple of occasions to call his office with needs and or questions and discovered that Russel himself follows up both with staff and the customer. Leaves me with a good feeling about my choices. Russel and his office has earned my respect and my business. They are Good people.
