I just wanted to let you know that your guys pressure washed my tile roof yesterday, and they did a great job! The guys were friendly, thorough and respectful of my surrounding property in Oregon City. Keep up the good work!
Geoffrey Bell
The equipment used was excellent, the worker courteous and professional. The sidewalks and driveway were very clean after they were finished. The sidewalks were so dirty to begin with, I didn´t expect them to be cleaned very well. Great Pressure washing service

Their crew was fabulous and I could not be happier with the job they did. Would love to have them do our property in West Linn on an ongoing basis if that is possible. The work they did is truly of the highest quality.

Is soft washing safe? Yes. Like pressure cleaning, though, if you do not use the system properly, you may cause damage. High chemical concentrates can kill plant life and damage certain surfaces.
"twice a year How Often Should You Clean Your Gutters? Speaking in general terms, you should make a point of cleaning your gutters at least twice a year. Depending on what sort of foliage you have near your home (such as pine trees), you may want to clean once every three months.Apr 6, 2020"
Soft washing costs $275 to $400 for a 1,500 square foot home with labor costs at $55 to $80 per hour. The project takes two to three hours to complete. The cost per square foot ranges from $0.25 to $0.35. Soft washing is similar to power washing but operates at a much lower pressure.
A pressure washer can help you quickly clean large areas of all kinds of hard outdoor surfaces. You can use a pressure washer to spray off a wooden deck, siding, a car or a concrete surface such as a patio, walkway or driveway. They're great for when the old "brush and soapy water" routine would take forever.
Wooden fences can easily accumulate dirt, grime and algae growth which can lead to more serious damage and the possibility of spending money on new garden fencing. ... Use a pressure washer to remove stubborn stains and algae growth and move it around to thoroughly clean interwoven or overlapping fence panels.
Soft-washing a roof costs $0.20 to $0.60 per square foot. This process includes using low-pressure hoses, scrub brushes and cleansers.
A good “rule of thumb†is to clean vinyl siding every 2 to 3 years. It's not recommended that you go longer than just a few years without power washing, as homes might hold lots of dust and debris that homeowners overlook, and pressure washing also cleans away bothersome insect nests and termite tunnels.
Whereas pressure washing uses just water, the soft washing system cleans your siding and actually kills any algae or bacteria growth on your house, rather than just blasting it off. Plus, this can all be done within the day, and last you much longer, while also causing zero damage to any of your home's exteriors.
Professional power washers use non-abrasive and biodegradable cleaners, which means not only is your siding safe, but your lawn and plants are, too. Some companies even offer 100% organic cleaner for environmentally conscious consumers.
Soft washing is done using less than 500 PSI for rinsing or cleaning application. The tip of the pressure washer is replaced with one that widens the spray, therefore dropping the point of pressure. On top of this, soft washing utilizes special cleaning solutions to break down dirt and organisms living on surfaces.
Cost of professional pressure cleaning High pressure cleaning services have an average rate of $50/hr. However, you can expect varying prices as different factors affect the final cost of the job. This means that high pressure cleaning prices can range from around $40/hr to $65/hr.
The main difference with power washing vs. ... pressure washing is the heat. The jet wash in a power washing machine uses heated water, whereas the water in a pressure washer is not heated.
