I would have given a five-star review as my own experience was great, except when I witnessed the woman at the desk pretty much insult a gentleman and his teenaged son when they walked in without masks on. I get it… masks are required in healthcare settings, but to raise your voice for all to hear and reply so rudely, “you need a mask. Masks are required in healthcare facilities!” That is unacceptable! The man was left stunned and I swear if that were me, I’d have walked right out that door. He was speechless… obviously not having masks on him and it appeared he wasn’t sure what to do. So another woman there had to save face by telling the man she has masks they could have. Again, I get it as masks are required in healthcare settings, but some people are leaving work early to make appointments and rushing around, so they don’t always have everything they need, including masks. So, do you want the business or not? I had just spent over $1,100 the previous week at the Spencer office. A patient could easily find another optical shop. Office personnel should learn how to treat their patients and paying customers better.

Always very clean and professional. They have the newest equipment. You don't need those painful eye drops. They take pictures of your eyes and have a digital history of your retnas. I like not having someone in my face while checking my eyes. The glasses are not crazy priced and the fitters are very knowledgeable and helpful. I get the right prescription every time. I have been to several places and found this to be the best.

Hi Amy, Yes, this practice accepts MA Health. Regular appointments for this location can sometimes be booked far out, but always emergency eye health slots available. Glasses frames that are covered by MA Health are available to try on and order from this practice as well. Hope that helps!
