I made an order for the one near me off of Saint John's. My oder was instead filled from this location. I was missing items from my order that I was still charged for and I tried calling them to fix this issue. After attempting the call 5 times with no answer, I'm done.

Used to be so great. little indian? woman (named Su) was the sweetest best worked you'd ever meet. For at LEAST 6 months now they are out of everything all the time. And no it's not because of covid or anything like that because a "mom and pop" shop called sunrise LITERALLY ONE BLOCK AWAY has not only a much wider selection. but also never had empty shelves. I wish they were open later because then I would never go to this 711. Always incredibly shady people here at night no matter how late and people loiter at night

We had an issue and visited this location to speak to the manager. Jamie, the manager, is exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist us and from what I can see, runs a pretty tight ship on the location. BTW don’t bother calling the phone number listed. Jamie said they stopped answering the phone because only scammers call them while real customers just go directly to the location.

The last 2 times I’ve been there in the early evening and late evening, trying to purchase butane (which in the state of Washington is not legally 21+ to purchase) I have not ever been asked to show ID to purchase butane so I did not have it on my person. Instead of just denying the sale the “manager” or some person who was at the other register continued to yell at me for saying “you don’t have to be 21 to buy butane in Washington”. While both the cashiers wouldn’t let me get a word in I stood there just in awe of these cashiers attitudes and I haven’t gone back since
