Geiko is horrific. I was in an accident in May, hit by a Geico insured driver. They have done everything to avoid paying me for my claim. They closed my claim without even giving me anything. I’ve been trying to rent a car because I’ve been without a car for months and they won’t even take my call. They tell me to email and when I email I’m told to call and it goes back-and-forth. I sent them a certificate of title to get us going. They said they never got it I paid for a second $86x 2 for a total of $172. . They said they never got it but I have the tracking number showing they did. Just sent a third one and they told me I signed it in the wrong place, the place that they told me to sign . It’s a game. So now, they say that they wrote me a cease-and-desist which they did not and they refused to take any of my phone calls. I can get no service, no rental car, and they will do nothing about getting my money to me so that I can buy a new car. It’s downright theft and fraud. Run do not walk. Geiko is nothing but a bunch of crooks.
