I have had frozen shoulder for over 6 months, did P.T., acupuncture, other types of messages, very little progress. Went to Sandy and in one visit gained an enormous amount of movement in my arm. Was able to actually put my own hair up! It was amazing, could not recommend her more, absolute life saver!

Sandy Pollen is amazing, so amazing I call her Dr. Pollen! She has incredible knowledge about the body's muscular system as well as its organs! Not many massage therapists do side line treatment. I prefer deep tissue, but she can also go lightly. I highly recommend Sandy!

I went to see Sandy for relief of tightness and soreness in my back and shoulder and the relief after the first visit was tremendous. I scheduled a second visit and will continue to go back. I requested a deep tissue massage and her techniques are magnificent! The salon is a cute place that is calming and peaceful and they are covid cautious. A real hidden gem in the center of Upton!
