The people who work here are lazy and inefficient. They don't communicate with each other. They told us there were no boat trailer spots so we had to drop off our trailer and come back. The auxiliary lot had a few open spots once we launched and the employee said there were none available when we could clearly see them. The woman sitting in a lawn chair at the entrance would not let us back into the lot to park after we dropped our trailer off. We could clearly see multiple empty car spots which she refused to acknowledge. Meanwhile our boat was in the water at the launch with family waiting the whole time. This caused unnecessary stress in an already stressful situation. If the employees would do a proper count of open spots and manage parking (I.E. do their job) this place could run much more efficiently.

To get in the boat launch area in the state park costs ten dollars.
you can Moor your boat in many of the bays there are no more rings you have to use your anchor. If you go to the bottom of the shakedown alley there is a boat launch and there is also a public dock right up in the town of Lake George right on the million dollar Beach you'll see them both there to the right of the leduc scents that cuz I meant you have to pay to launch a boat it's like $10 to get in if you are on a weekend you might have a hard time getting onto the lake as when the trailer parking spots are full they don't let you in you have to launch a boat and take your trailer out and go park it someplace else
