Legit deli in 2022 ........ the man behind the counter has a great sense of humor and totally got my order right. I love steamed hot pastrami and they delivered. It was juicy and not forever chewy! The menu was everything I love and the place has great vibe and not fancy. Ageless and classic

Wow. This place used to be hip a nice cute little hole in the wall it's been in Brookline forever. They used to employ hip funky people a little bit artsy a little bit alternative as was the Brookline character for decades. But I guess some people have to go to new lows to survive as a small business during covid-19 and I guess suppose there's a number of ways you can stay open during such a situation. Personally I won't go near this place now they're employing nothing but bros and people that are let's say just a little bit too straightways and conservative for my taste in Brooklyn by the way if they were conservative truly conservative like Arizona or California that would actually be desirable I think we all know what we're talking about here. Somebody had to sell out to stay in business. it's no longer a brook Brookline type place and I would even bother.
