They tried to scam me.. I went for a simple oil change.. After a while a guy came out and told me he was scared if he tried any harder to get the plug out of oil pan it would probably break or strip it.. Even quoted me $517 for new pan.. I said nevermind and figured id do it myself.. I had no trouble removing the plug one bit. It didn't take hardly any effort to get the plug out with a simple wrench.... So yea they were trying to get me for sure.. Beware
