Extremely disrespectful and dishonest staff. An item was advertised at $4.09. I preceded to the counter and the item scanned at $5.19. When I brought this to the clerk's (short bald Latino male) attention he asked, who I believe is his wife, what the price was. She said $4.99...again more than advertised. As I exited the store, I confirmed that the item was indeed advertised at $4.09. I again brought the discrepancy to the clerk's attention. He proceeded to the aisle and pointed out a similar item that was $4.99. I then pointed out to him that the item I bought was different than the one he pointed out and I pointed to the $4.09 tag. He then removed the advertised prices and we proceeded to the counter where I was refunded $1. When I inquired about the discrepancy the clerk became irate and wanted to know why I was "making a big deal out of it?" and called me a "loser". I explained to him that it wasn't about me but other community members who may not be aware of the dishonest practices and over-charging by 20% could very well be a "big deal" to them. I'm hardly a loser. I'm a military veteran, homeowner (just closed on my 2nd home) and a professional. This location provides a DISservice to the community and even worse cheats and steals from unsuspecting customers. This store has definitely contributes to the decline of a once nice city. Apologies to a couple of my friends who told me about this location on more than one occasion.

Prince Onyekachi

The store interior is clean, the neighborhood and store parking lot is a different story. Customer service is great and poor depending on who is at the counter. The coffee station is very poor. Almost no condiments for coffee. Gas station coffee stations is far better than this. Their coffee condiments have been out for months. When you ask about it, some of the workers get offended that you are even asking. No non dairy creamer, honey, caffeine shots, etc.

Raising prices illegally? Threatening violence as a gun owner does not impress me. Management here seems to have some serious issues. The short bald guy needs to learn to respect older women who he chooses to confront outside his store.

Pretty good for a 7/11, the late night workers are nice.
