Omelets are so freaking good here. Big enough to make two meals of for me. And I have to admit more healthy than most meals I eat. Eggs are fresh and tasty; any veggie, cheese or meat you choose to add to it seem to always be so fresh and tasty. Their hollandaise sauce is delicious. Staff and cooks are always friendly, welcoming and very professional. I am confident in saying this is one of my favorite meals to eat; especially it being a joint business with a travel center and truck stop.

I ordered the Strawberry and Cream Crepes along with an order of the cheese eggs and a side of hash browns. The server was friendly although she only came by once to ask if everything was okay. The eggs were fully cooked although the cheese was not completely melted. This could have been fixed by letting it heat up a minute longer. The hash browns were over cooked on top and not cooked thoroughly on the bottom. This could have been fixed by mixing the hash browns as they cooked. The strawberry and cream crepes were not even crepes at all. At best they were thin pancakes with some strawberry sauce soaking the entire plate. There was no cream inside the “crepes” and a icing drizzled over top that appeared to came from some toaster strudels. I would have preferred some toaster strudels rather than stopping here. Now I feel half way sick after eating the eggs and hash browns and not even trying to eat the poor attempt at crepes.

The 3 leches pancakes are great, just a heads up they are very sweet.Turkey bacon was nice and crispy, the rest of the food was good! But took forever because they were under staffed, with only 3 servers on the floor.
