I'm assuming they improved a lot of things since all the negative reviews were written. This was the first time I've gone here and my overall experience was good. The place was well staffed and the workers were friendly, but I didn't care for how their system works. They have 2 counters, a small counter for pictures and another much larger counter for all other things related to your Driver's License. I renewed my license online and the State sent me a card to go get my picture taken, so I had to go. Anyway I took a number and sat down with everyone else there waiting to just get a picture taken. As I was waiting I started to notice that people coming for other services who also needed a picture for their license were getting called before the rest of us who were just there for a picture. That is completely unfair! I had about 7-8 get ahead of me and my ticket said in bold letters "there are 3 people ahead of you." This problem really needs to be fixed.

Go left out of parking lot. Travel towards JLG. Turn right at light and then do a U turn in parking lot and go back to the DMV

If she is scheduling her drivers test then you have to go online to schedule it but if she is taking her permit test you go to the drivers liscense center and she has to take the test on a computer
