I give three stars because the staff, the view was amazing. The young men at the door were very hospitality and the young lady we had as a server had amazing vibes and handled our large party well. I couldn't give five stars because the menu was very limited. I am vegan and they only thing they had for me for a salad that wasn't exciting at all. Someone in our party came for the crab and mac& cheese but was disappointed they no longer serve it. Please optimize the menu.

My review is 100 out of 5 stars if I could rate it as so. I was there Friday evening 5/27/2022 for a private birthday event. Nick the manager, Andrew the bartender , our server ( I can't remember his name right now, I apologize) and everyone else really helped to make the night amazing. A friend turned 25 and everyone helped to make it a magical night for her. We had a few things we were missing on our end and Nick along with his staff quickly coma to our rescue a few times that night. Everything went so smooth and so easy, the night was so amazing. the food was great, the drinks were on point and everyone had such a good time! Thank you all again for everything. I've been telling everyone who will listen about the top tier professional service we received from Nick and his crew. Again, Thank you all so much and I'll definitely will be back! Not really, but there is a 20% service fee and 20% gratuity is added even for a party of 2. Not worth it in my book. I ended up tipping 40%, cause I didn't even think to look for a 20% gratuity for 2 people. Management responded here when they saw my review and told me to email them. I did and they never responded. Don't waste your time. There are so many better options.

No they're not. This is more of an upscale nightlife place and its located on the 22nd floor of the venue.
The $25 per person fee is a deposit that will be applied towards your bill upon your visit. It is not a cover charge. They have instituted a deposit policy in order to reduce cancellations/no-shows. You may cancel and have the deposit refunded as long as you cancel more than 48hours ahead of time. :)
Reservations are required and must be made through the website, www.VuRooftop.com. All available time frames will show there- if nothing populates, they are sold out for the date. You'll know immediately if you have a reservation or not.

It is pretty and all the drinks I've had there (food too!) have been great. There's no parking specifically for the bar, but being in a hotel and next to the largest convention center in the world means there are lots of options. Not sure on pricing, however.
Parking at McCormick place lots and use sky bridge to get to the hotel lobby
