Fun touristy piano bar style venue with $10 cover charge. Pretty packed even on weekdays

I liked this place. It's fun and of course, crowded. The live music was good, they had a lady as a singer and her voice was beautiful. Our waitress also did a good job. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is that when I got my drinks there was more ice than the drink! They have a good menu but to be honest they don't serve as much of a drink that other bars do. If you want to enjoy the music I would go here but if you're just going to drink, probably you can find a better place.

My buddy and I had the best experience at Howl at the Moon this past Friday. The music was awesome and the service was on point! I’m a travel agent and have been to the Howl at the Moon on NCL which have always been exceptional and this venue absolutely blew us away! I’ll be sure to recommend to all my clients that are going to Chicago 😊

Everyone who has worked as a bartender on a busy weekend knows that you need to keep a cool head. Not so here. It's too bad because the vibe was great. There needs to be a balance between taking care of your staff but also your paying customers. In a town where the choices are many you'd think they would be more customer focused.

Cover charge is typically $5 during the week and $10 on both Friday and Saturday (subject to change for holidays and/or special events.)
Pretty much yes. Sometimes they do not turn the show in a 'competition', even though in this case the competition is meant to cheer up the costumers.
It means corporate parties or after work gatheringings. They have team building specials and/or other discounts:)
Coat check is cash only, and available depending on weather. The price is $3 an item (price is subject to change).
Last time I went they accepted mine. So yes but just to be sure call them

On Sunday it turns into a family spot. But it is crowded and it is fun anyway
No valet. I went on a Friday the buckets were 30.00 a piece for us.
They have live music/the band with the pianos. They play requests usually though
Our live music show is by request and features music from all types of genres.
Yes, but you can get free vouchers from most of the surrounding hotel concierge. I had the voucher so not sure of the cost.
