Horrible experience with staff at both Raleigh and Cary location. Specifically Thomas Strickland that told me “ i couldn’t afford their service and that I needed to leave “ this person needs to be held accountable for his actions and learn how to speak to a customer with out disrespecting. I ended up going to the Cary location and Thomas Strickland was their and confronted me by saying “ Didn’t I tell you not to come anymore “ So Rude! At the end of the day I was able to have my service done by a nice gentle men at the Cary location.

We took our Tesla mS there for repair. We worked with Maggie from beginning to end. She assisted us in navigating with the other Insurance co. Made it much more of a pleasant experience. Vehicle was ready a couple days earlier than expected. We had to take it to TVP to have the ceraminc coating & wrap redone afterward. She communicated with them so our delivery there was also flawless. We had a minor issue come up after we received the vehicle back; took it there and they fixed it on the spot. Work was quality! No complaints.
