Signed up for the sunset kayak tour with a friend. Great experience! The river is a beautiful place to paddle and sunset was the perfect time. The instructors were very helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to go again!

This place is amazing to rent kayaks and kayak down the little river. They are not open during the weekday unfortunately but they are open on the weekend so please check them out because kayaking is definitely a peaceful tranquil activity that can really help soothe the soul & mind

Very friendly owners. You have to mind the tides and they advised us what the best time to paddle would be that day in regards to them. We had a nice calm paddle down the Westport River suitable for beginner paddlers. No bathroom, but they have a very large accessible and clean porta-potty with plenty of space to change if you need to and not worry about things landing in the toilet. Definitely worth a visit!

Yes, the Head of Westport is a public landing and a great spot to launch small paddle crafts like canoes, kayaks & paddle boards.
We carry soft racks for cars with no racks, J cradles, set & glide saddles. foam blocks, cam straps & bow & stern lines. If you need a full Thule or Yakima style rack we recommend our friends @ Bay State Truck Cap.
