They will let you trade in a snake although you wont get what you paid for it. And you have to arrange it with them first because they will send you to the main office which is a few miles away from the store.

They have so many frogs just call that's the easiest way to find out and if they don't have them in sure they will get them for you the store is truly amazing with all the different unusual things they have

Yes, it's very good. They keep in close contact with you to make sure you're home when the package arrives. They ship in a box with moist towels to keep them as comfortable as possible and ships very fast. I've gotten 3 turtles from them and they all arrived safe and sound and are very healthy.

Call them and hope they don't complicate the situation more. Its hard just reaching the right person sometimes. When I had a similar situation I found it hard to reach (Ryan) at first they were helpful then they became less proactive with my issue.

I would also add it would have a low survival rate as planes for shipping have no temp controll

If it's at their location off Powerline and Hillsborough you can pick it up during normal store hours for sure. I'm not sure if that's the case if it is held at their warehouse location however.

From our personal experience this business is priced fairly and are personable and friendly to deal with.

Hopefully they will treat you better than they did my 10 yr. old grandson and I. I would go across the street to Pet Co. They treated me very well and they were A couple $ cheaper on cages and aquariums. They told me they can order most any kind if pet. Might want to check them out first. To me customer service goes along way. Underground reptiles has zero customer service that I saw

Underground always has a good selection of Pac Man frogs, as well as, everything you need to care for them. If you need help, just ask them and they will be glad to assist you.

They always have a great selection of snakes for sale and sometimes they have various species that they are boarding temporarily. Snakes are only a small part of what they have since they have turtles, lizards, frogs, scorpions, spiders, hedge hogs and other various exotic species. If you don't see what you want then you should definitely ask since they access to many species.
