Karrie is awesome!!!!!! While checking out she went through everything. Answered all my questions and wasn’t in a rush. She took her time!!!! I will give Kerrie 5+ Stars. Ozzie as well has been fantastic super helpful with all your needs. Kyle has been great as well. They are all helping me the best they can. You need more people on the front side like these people. Super helpful!!! Buying our 1st RV. A 2020 Jayco 22RB While buying I 2nd guess our decision. We waited about 6 days and called back. We where told the RV was still available said I would take it. Made the appointment to go in 18th of July to do paperwork. We did the paperwork then went to the storage yard and noticed that the had removed the entire table and bracket. No one from sales knew what happened. They had obviously took the entire assembly and sticking it in another used trailer and sold it. Also the battery from the unit was removed. Headboard piece in bedroom was now coming off the wall and awning would not work. They Promised everything would be working and replace on day of pick up. Everything was working but table assembly was still missing. There is nothing worse than getting lied to. I was told it had been ordered. Will update as this progresses.

😉Purchased a new camper van from Pete's in July and was quite frustrated with many questions after several trips. Kyle was patient and answered all our emails and finally we agreed that a lesson was in order. We made an appointment to go over our Generator Settings and Hot Water Control Panel. Not having all the information on our Hot Water (Truma) System he enlisted the help of his co-worker Keri., who was more familiar with that system. We were given a sheet of icons and explanations and the opportunity to work the panel ourselves. We were very happy for the more in depth lesson and response to our emails. Thank you Kyle and Keri

I just heard about your service. How can you sell an RV and not back it up. A friend bought a NEW RV from you and had problems with it and had to wait weeks before they could bring it in for repairs, and they are still waiting for it to be done. The season is almost over and they have not been able to camp as they were hoping to. Shame on you. This is why I like Hy-Way Campers in CT. Whenever I had a problem with my rv's they immediately took care of it.
