Hardee's

They know how to do breakfast. A lot of the Hardee's are not up to sub par, the Stanleytown and Collinsville are awful right now. Not sure if it is a staffing problem but all the people i know have left. BUT this was excellent, went fishing, stopped in for breakfast and was very pleased.

The girl at the window Tuesday the 19th of April at about idk 9 o'clock had the best customer service. They ran out of medium sized cups so she put my tea in a small cup and filled a large cup with ice she said it would equal the same amount and she was right! Best service I've gotten there in a while.

Food was great, the staff was wasn't. The young lady at the counter acted as if we were causing her a burden by just having the nerve to make an order. I guess I just expect more smiles and some basic customer service when eating out. Yes, you can tell a smile even under a mask. NONE were there.

Fries were actually good. Burgers could have been a bit fresher. Got the order wrong, took back and they looked at me like "what do you want us to do". Ended up getting a refund for the extra charge Sour Dough that I didn't get on the burger. Even that concept was a bit beyond the cashier's grasp and required a manager to figure it out.
