Yes I've seen tenants with cats and dogs. floors in all apartments except 2 story are linoleum to prevent pet damage

If you're worrying about rent prices then why are you asking about it also being pet friendly? People that have pets know how expensive veterinary bills are. It's incredibly expensive to own a cat or dog. I have 2 dogs, they are more costly than kids when they're sick.
