Nice, quiet piece of natural Florida

This park really shouldn't exist. Just call it a protected wildlife area and close the gates. There is nothing here. A composting toilet probably because parks are required to have one, and a fire ant infested tiny strip of grass that goes down to a water bug infested 15 ft wide view of water. No decent trails, just absolutely nothing here. The bush is too thick to wander on your own. No trails. No nothing. No wonder we were the only ones there. Skip it for sure. Go to Highlands Hammock if in the area.

the atmosphere was like fresh water. Perfect place for a day visit.

We spent an afternoon there and didn't see a single one. We're from Michigan so pretty sure we would have recognized one if we had seen one!
Sure .dont see why not
You can park one in the parking lot and then hike the trails, but there are no overnight commodities or designated camping areas. A 35 minute drive north to Highlands Hammock state park is very popular for RV camping.
