Can someone please contact me? I had a horrible experience on Sunday and have been trying to contact someone every since. The cheese on my pizza slid halfway off and 3 items I ordered were missing. I've tried the app (offered me a free pizza or 20% off the next order but there was no recourse for the missing items), the store (I was told to call back when the GM is there at night but I am at work at night), the email submission (which doesn't work), and a 1-800 number I found online (which doesn't work). I don't want to put my personal information on here, so I'm not sure what to do - if possible please respond via this channel and I will give you my contact info. My order was placed at this store on 07/03/22 at about 9pm if that helps you look up the info. My name above is on the order except the first name would be under Caroline.

We ordered pizzas on the mobile app and asked for some plates when we went to pickup. The manager was extremely rude . Not only did he not give us napkins but also told us that we should make all such requests (for plates and napkins) while ordering online which is ridiculous as there was no option to add that. This is the most discourteous staff I’ve seen ever and they have no business to be in a service industry. A place that can be highly avoided
