This was our home for 7 nights. Great access to 95, wonderful night's sleep (both bedding and quietness), clean rooms and exceptional hospitality. Jordan, especially, couldn't do enough to be sure we were happy with our room layout & location. And when we asked him for a suggestion for dinner (we were late arrivers) the restaurant he suggested was very good and nearby. What he may not have known was that their en fuego margaritas were superb! Thanks Jordan & HIE Waltham for making our stay a really good one under some trying circumstances.

Very clean, remodeled, room was great, friendly staff. Comfortable bed and bedding. Only thing, beware there is almost nothing within walking distance, so don't stay in this hotel for convenience to eating or access to downtown, public transport is not a very viable option. But if you have your own car or just need to be in the Waltham area, I'd 100% recommend. Big beware though, because of staffing shortage, there is NO daily housekeeping services. So no trash emptied, beds made, or rooms cleaned during your stay.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was awesome! The location was good for dining places and the outside was beautiful with all the blossoming trees. I would stay here again!

Everything on this place was just cozy! The front desk staff was very helpful and efficient. Loved the breakfast. The only problem I had was with not being able to go out at night since everything was closed already around 20:30-21:00HRS.
