Place has new owners, no managers stay. They simply do not care about anyone anymore and it shows. Had my camper and boat in storage raised storage from 40 to 75 bucks a month and gave me 10 days notice that they do not want storage anymore to move my stuff. Im 1280 miles away and 70 years old.

To rent or for storage? Depends on how many bedrooms if you're looking to rent. It's around $550 a month for a one bedroom, minus the power bill. Water and garbage included though.
I tried several times and even drove over there twice during normal working hours. I asked a resident there when I could teach them and he said they work when they feel like it. There was nobody there.
If you contact Gemstone Communities they will be able to help you. There's a couple lots that are empty.
Yes but they have a size and weight and breed regulations i just moved from there they were a 55+ park and still run it as so...go someplace else trust me.
The rent varies, they have one and two bedroom rentals from $335 plus light no cable, up to $600 for one bedroom plus lights no cable. Rentals are dirty, floors are bad, nothing gets fixed just patched up.
