I've been living here for 8mths in long term. Some CNA's are not awarded for their hard work and dedication, I want to recognize Tabatha, Leonard, linous, Silvia, Also Leslie in activities and Mildred and Tai in social services, Rose the dietician is an amazing person as well. Stephanie, Jessica and the therapy team are awesome. Very helpful and caring staff.

The care my grandfather recently received here was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was both professional & compassionate. Huge shout-out to Mildred & Tai for regularly keeping me up to date on my grandfather’s well-being, going above & beyond to ensure his insurance coverage and also for expediting his discharge. Thank you!!

As an RN, I can tell you the care given at this facility is atrocious. They need to be investigated.

Our activities and programs are created with residents in mind. We plan activities that suit the needs and capabilities of each resident. We find that this helps the healing process of our rehab patients. Activities include fitness programs, singing, trivia and games, religious meetings, musical performances and other entertainment. Families are encouraged to participate with residents. An activity calendar is provided so residents can stay informed on upcoming events like parties, movies, outings, ice cream socials, etc. As always, family and friends are invited and encouraged to attend.
