Horrible customer service. Good luck getting any type of calls or communication. The system itself is not the issue. Its the employees and absolutely zero follow up or communication. 6 phone calls and 4 emails and still not one single contact. I have called customer service 6 times since 7/7/22. After one week the ticket had not even been opened according to customer service. I have emailed the customer service on the website 4 times now. Not sure how you connecting me with the same customer service that has now failed you 10 times will change much.
