Team of scammers... I am wise enough to understand there is no such thing as free lunch. I paid premium as per the plan requirements but when it came to Choice to deliver services, was nothing but excuses Technicians they assign are too lazy or know the game where they say its easier to replace than fix- Choice gets involved and either will deny the claim with some excuse or tell the customer to bear the cost ..3 months into the plan, got tired of their excuses and cancelled the contract. These guys are not worth it...they will not touch a claim unless its making them money....just that simple

I have this company for 8 years, they always forget to send the renewal notice to the mortgage company and of course they automatically apply their own insurance. Horrible customer service, slow to respond even when you want to cancel it is a hassle, nothing easy with this company!

Heard horror stories of how poorly they treated one of my friends after a hurricane, so we decided to cancel our policy and move to another company. We attempted to cancel over the phone, but were told to mail in a signed statement that we wanted to cancel. A week later, we have heard nothing from the company and are awaiting cancellation. I'm sure they would to just great in the event of a disaster with this level of customer service. Will update if/when we actually hear back from this scam company.
