Well this was unfortunate, in trying to supplement my income I began selling things on eBay, and chose a USPS option and the weight of an item was miscalculated, and I brought a large box into the office. Barked at like I was in a Bodega, the man behind the counter treated me like mailing my package was the biggest inconvenience of his career and that I was incompetent in assuming a large box could be mailed for anything less than 70 dollars. "Go get tape" "take the stickers off" there was no service here. The UPS store in contrast greeted me and explained the intricaties of the item and tapes it up for me, covered the old stickers and we completed our transaction. I was never an advocate for defunding the post office, but after today it's feeling a little lost alongside better affordable services

I had to go in for a passport and was extremely anxious. Max was awesome and super helpful and kept his composure while he was running behind on appointments to make sure my passport was filled out properly and I would not experience any issues if I ever lost it. He was super reassuring about everything and took ownership of it. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because at the end of my visit his manager came out to the floor to verbally coach him on being behind on appointments in front of all the customers. I just thought this was unprofessionally handled and the manager did not even offer any support to assist him with getting back on track.

Went there on two occasions. First, to mail certified envelopes for returned checks, the older gentleman you can feel the tension, was short fused with his responses and attitude. I remained respectful and got out. The second, was for a re-delivery issue that never got re-delivered. Requested redelivery online, after days not receiving it, I went in person and they did not have it. I signed and submitted the pink paper via mail, waited again. Got a an email finally that it was delivered but only to discover it was delivered returned to sender 😔 JESUS please visit them.

You can make one at the counter too. FYI they only do first time passports, the rest has to be done via mail.
A small size is $83.00 for 6 months. The price has increased over 2 yrs
Go to your post office and ask them for an appointment they will be able to schedule it for you.
Depends on what branch delivers your mail. So if not the branch closest to your house, mail have to call the main number. I suggest checking website
5pm I do believe...
It depends what city your local postal service is in if you have a phone book your regular city psts service in in your phone book.
Yes there was a mishap with the moral of the bigger package. Make sure you have the tracking # and your paperwork when you go + i.d.
It's not that simple. A lot of variables to mail going out. Carrier can only get it out as fast as the plant gets it to their stations
Ask for kim gillum shes the manager. We have done field trips in the past
Most post offices are open Monday thru Friday from 7:30am-5pm. The inside vestibule is always open and you can self serve almost anything. Overnight,2 day express, stamps, etc. Bring a credit or debit card.
Size 1 is currently 41.00 per six months. Size 2. Currently 60.00 per six months
Officemax staples office depot can help you with that
This is not monitored by the USPS. I had posted a picture here with the local contact phone number. Find the pic and give them a call
Yes they are
I do not believe so as there are many parts the post office must take care of
Not sure about the 24/7 but they do have p.o. boxes there and people have to gain access to them.
Verywell
