One of your drivers lied and said they attempted to have us sign for a package that contained a controlled prescription medication but no one was home. Both my husband and I were home all day and have Ring cameras outside to prove that no attempt was made to leave this package. They did however drop the regular mail in the mailbox. No notice was left for me to track down this package which contains medications that I am completely out of. Medication that can’t be stopped abruptly and can cause severe withdrawal symptoms. I attempted to track down my medication and requested to pick it up tomorrow at a USPS location in fear this issue would happen again. One hour later I got an email saying they would be “re-delivering” my package again tomorrow. This is becoming extremely frustrating. USPS is a complete joke and I will continue to escalate this matter until justice is served. People depend on you to deliver medications - we don’t have a choice with our insurance. This was pure laziness and negligence.

Good service!

Been here many times this year and the workers are extremely professional, polite, and efficient. Thank you for making a routine chore as pleasant as possible.

This is the most unprofessional post office I have ever encountered. They close at 4:30, yet when I get there at 4:28 they already locked the doors and told me to go to the Main Branch. When all I said was I need a Priority envelope, the lady behind the counter threw it at me. I asked to talk to the supervisor, Anna Ortiz, and she was unhelpful, argumentative and rude as well. I will never use this USPS branch for my business' shipping needs. I will use UPS from now on.

I personally LOVE this post office. The manager is a wonderful helpful person, my route driver, omg we love her so much we got her a gift for Christmas. We have NEVER had a better mailwoman and I've never had such great experiences at the post office... not every one there is as great but the manager is awesome any issues you have you should deff speak to her and all will be well :) no this is not paid but it's true... 5 stars imo
They are literally the worst here
Amscot does notary. $10 a stamp.
There should be a number on the form she left. I would personally go to the office ask to talk to the station manager. This should've never been an issue. Sorry you had a bad experience.
Call your local post office and have them temporarily forward to the new address, and then once back home cancel the forward
