The park does not rent. The individual owners can rent. Stop by the office and they might be able to give you some names

Last month there were 3 homes listed at 150K. My friend bought 2 yrs ago for 70K. Citizens insirance will only pay up to 55K for total loss.. They depreciate every year.

Yes , if you can find someone who is renting a unit. Very limited
