Does anyone answer the phone???!!! Can’t schedule appointments because no one answers. Sat on hold for over 3 hours and then the line went blank and hung up! Insurance sets the citrus springs office as primary but you can’t reach anyone. What’s the point?

Good doctors but really bad at answering the phone. Put on hold, no call backs and can never get to a receptionist. This place needs help with more staff.
