My stay here has been good so far. I like all the amenities here at JUVE. The management is responsive and tries to resolve any issues we residents have as soon as possible.

Horrible experience living here! Do yourself a favor, JUST DO NOT LIVE IN THIS PLACE. Just like all the other poor reviews, the list goes on! Literally the base of roaches and the management took absolutely no initiative despite multiple complaints. House appliances were damaged and never were replaced/repaired. Foul smell on the living corridor. Unusable Gymnasium, poor management of packages and the staffing is very rude. Chaotic place to live in and pure greed for money. This apartment wouldn't survive if not for the proximity to colleges. Oh wait did I forget to mention the management pretends to never exist. (Absolutely no response to your emails or calls...)

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! First their leasing office operates horribly by being very slow paced and never answering my calls and emails. Second, when I finally get a place there, they reject my application saying that they don’t accept undergraduate students. Even though I went there, and talked to the leasing office TWICE, specifically saying I was a student, they didn’t tell me they don’t accept students. They don’t say anything on the website that don’t accept undergraduate students. Not worth this place
