No point in making an appointment if ur gonna end up waiting like a walk in. Second time I wanted to walk out. I make an appointment expecting priority over other patients and it seems they only have one doctor in the whole place. It isn’t his fault he’s a great doctor but this has got to stop. I shouldn’t be waiting 1 hour and 30 Minutes to be seen ON A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. But there’s always a nurse hovering outside

Yes, DOT Physicals are offered in both our Belleview and Leesburg locations. *Keep in mind that not all our providers are certified to complete a DOT Physical so it is best to schedule these appointments in advance to ensure we are able to assist you. Mention the need for DOT Physical when you call us at: (352) 347-5225 $150.00 for Standard DOT Physicals $ 50.00 additional for a DOT Drug Screen (if required)
Sorry this post was meant for previous answer.You are wrong Ashley! Go to other providers and see what you get. Hope u can find one as good as Dr Ice & her staff. Nobody's perfect but Dr Ice will give you the respect that you give yourself! I use her as a primary but i have seen her help many people with her suboxen program also! As for a primary Dr go first appt. & your in & out in an hour. The staff has also been extremely helpful with all my needs! BTW they do accept Staywell/Wellcare but know your benefits and refer to providers book. Lol
